Fettuccine Salmon Alfredo

Pasta never tasted as good. You will want to make this recipe again and again.

2 packages shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons capers
1 teaspoon olive oil
3/4 teaspoon pepper, divided use
2 (10-ounce) packages STOUFFER'S® One Dish Favorites Fettucini Alfredo
4 (4-ounce) salmon fillets
1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. SAUTE mushrooms and capers in hot oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat until mushrooms are tender. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  2. COOK fettuccine alfredo sauce in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 1 minute. Add pasta, and microwave 8 to 9 more minutes. Add to mushroom mixture, and toss. Keep warm.
  3. SPRINKLE salmon evenly with remaining 1/4 teaspoon pepper and salt.
  4. GRILL salmon, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°F) 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve over fettuccine mixture.
