Ingredients :
2 squares plain chocolate
1/2 cup (125 ml) Golden Syrup
1/3 cup (80 ml) fresh white cream
2-4 drops oil of peppermint
Preparation :
Over a low flame, melt chocolate and Golden syrup in saucepan. When it begins to boil stir just enough to prevent sticking and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add cream and peppermint. Serve hot or cold.
