Crunchy Veggies in Natural Brown dressing

Ingredients :

6 grated carrots
1 1/2 cups green beans, steamed
1 1/2 cups shredded white cabbage
1 grated cucumber
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons Natural Brown sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon ground turmeric

Preparation :

Combine carrots, steamed green beans, white cabbage and cucumber in a glass bowl. Combine garlic, black pepper, Natural Brown sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice and turmeric. Toss vegetables in this dressing. Chill, covered for 4 hours.
